[AsiaBSDCon Announce] earthquate and conference

Hi all,

 [information in Japanese follows the English one]

 As you already know, a huge earthquake hit the main island of Japan
 last week and some of city functions are still in a recovering stage.

 At this moment, the organizing committee IS planning to hold the
 upcoming AsiaBSDCon in this week as originally planned except two
 talks will be canceled.  I am still gathering information from the
 speakers and the attendees, so the time table may change again.  Most
 of the speakers are already in Japan.

 For registered people: please send an email to both
 <secretary at asiabsdcon.org> and <asiabsd2011 at gmt.jtb.jp> if you cancel
 to attend.  I need more precise number of people who are going to
 come to the venue.

 I will keep you up-to-date via announce@ mailing list and twitter
 (@asiabsdcon) account.  Thank you.

 今週に開催を予定していました AsiaBSDCon ですが、
 現時点では開催の方向で検討しています。
 ご存知のとおり、交通インフラや電力供給の不安に加え、
 福島原発の事故の影響も完全に排除できない状態ではありますが、
 会場付近の被害は少なく、予定されていた講演者（特に海外からの参加）も、
 ほとんどから、すでに来日しているとの連絡が届いています。
 現在までの情報ですと、2 件ほど講演にキャンセルが
 発生する可能性がある、という状況です。

 もし、参加登録されていて参加をとりやめる方は、
 <secretary at asiabsdcon.org> と <asiabsd2011 at gmt.jtb.jp> の両方に
 宛てて、メールでご連絡いただけると幸いです。
 運営側では参加者の人数をより正確に把握した上で、安全確保のための
 対策を講じる予定です。

 今後、状況が大きく変わる可能性もあります。この announce@ メーリングリストに
 加えて、Twitter (@asiabsdcon) でも情報をお送りしていますので、
 ご参照ください。
