[AsiaBSDCon Announce] Update of AsiaBSDCon 2017 website delayed

Hi all,

 18 days to go until AsiaBSDCon 2017 and we will have a keynote and 30
 talks in three parallel tracks this year.  However, updating
 AsiaBSDCon 2017 website and online registration delayed due to
 multiple technical issues.

 All of the issues have been solved and it will open shortly.  A
 separate announcement will be sent when it opens.
