[AsiaBSDCon Announce] earthquate and conference

Hi all,

 As announced on the top page of the official web site, the schedule
 of ABC2011 is reduced to Saturday+Sunday only.  Many of speakers
 could not arrive so most of talks will be canceled, unfortunately.  I
 will arrange some of the talks via video conference at the venue.

 I am sorry that the detailed time table is not fixed yet.  The rough
 schedule at this moment is the following:

 [Saturday]

 11:30-12:30  Talk 1
 12:30-13:30  Lunch
 13:30-14:30  Talk 2
 14:30-15:00  Break
 15:00-16:00  Talk 3
 17:00-19:00  Banquet in Japanese restaurant

 [Sunday]

 11:00-12:00  Talk 4
 12:00-13:30  Lunch
 13:30-14:30  Talk 5
 14:30-15:00  Break
 15:00-16:00  Talk 6
 16:00-16:30  Break
 16:30-17:30  Talk 7
 17:30-19:00  Dinner in the venue

 I will update the time table web page within today, so please do not
 forget to check it.  Also, if you are not going to attend, *please
 send an email* to both <secretary at asiabsdcon.org> and
 <asiabsd2011 at gmt.jtb.jp> with your registration number.  I *really*
 need more precise number of people who are going to come to the
 venue.

 講演者の到着が難しくなったため、講演のキャンセルが発生しております。
 いくつかの講演については、ビデオ会議によって行なうことを検討中です。

 宛てて、登録番号を含めて、メールで「必ず」ご連絡ください。
 運営側では、準備作業の効率化のため、参加者の人数をより正確に
